The study of the influence of heat treatment on changes of mechanical and structural properties of Hastelloy G-35 is a highly interdisciplinary topic at the interface of the physical chemistry of metallic materials, which also helps in environmental and economic protection. The structural and microstructural studies for the different transformation temperature led to identify formed phases, the morphology and the kinetics of transformation. The diversity of microstructures provides a wide field of investigation in the study of relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties. This work has been carried out using different techniques: hardness, optical microscope and X-ray diffraction. The study shows an improvement in hardness of different pieces treated at different temperatures as well as various structural changes that characterize the aging and overaging of these alloys. After the heat treatment, the crystal structure of the alloy G35 changes from a facecentered cubic structure to the orthorhombic
